Moss has named David Fellows executive vice-president.
In his new capacity, Mr. Fellows will oversee the preconstruction phase on a national level, including pre-planning, design management, contract negotiations, conceptual and detail estimating, scheduling, value engineering and constructability. Previously, he was the vice- president at John Moriarty & Associates.
“We are thrilled to welcome David to the Moss family,” said Moss president Scott Moss. “His experience in supervising preconstruction projects in South Florida and in New England will greatly benefit him in his new role and prove to be a tremendous asset to Moss.”
