Moss & Associates has celebrated the topping out of Atria at the Villages of Windsor, a Class A senior living rental community on 22 acres in Lake Worth, FL., with a development value of $105 million.
The property at 9130 Hypoluxo Rd. has 80 assisted living apartments, 186 independent living apartments and a 54-room memory care facility. The project, scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2017, will include resort-style amenities with flexible lease terms and no buy-in.
“We are delighted to be part of this new project, which will benefit many seniors as they will get to experience high-end luxury living in a community,” said Moss executive vice-president Andrew McAllister.
Ventas, Inc., a real estate investment trust, is providing equity capital and will be the principal owner in partnership with developer Big Rock Partners.
Global architectural firm Gensler designed the project.
