Moffatt & Nichol has opened an office in Tallahassee led by transportation planning manager Terry McKloski.
The company says in a news release that McKloski brings 25 years of broad-based planning and project management experience, which will enhance Moffatt & Nichol’s planning group expertise and overall transportation practice. McKloski has provided planning related services throughout Florida and Georgia in traffic forecasting, travel demand modeling, large scale land use review and policy, land use scenario planning, multimodal studies, transit studies, traffic impact studies, corridor
improvement studies, interchange operational studies, roadway network simulation, specialty planning studies, port access studies, and urban design. The company says he is also proficient with travel demand and traffic simulation models.
“Terry’s vast technical and management experience is a perfect match for our new Tallahassee office,” said Moffatt & Nichol transportation practice leader Pierce Homer. “We are excited he to have him on board to provide continued value to our Florida clients.”
McKloski has a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. Recent notable projects have included the 2015 Florida Statewide Model Update, the Florida ports “last mile” modeling, and a statewide Bluetooth data collection concept, the news release said.
