Merrimac Ventures landed construction loans for Merrimac Plantation, a $90-million apartment project in Plantation.
The six-story, 306-unit apartment project in the Midtown Business District will be built by Kaufman Lynn Construction, which will start construction this month.
The 293,945-sq.-ft. development will feature a pool, gym, clubroom, game room and 543 parking spaces.
The project is expected to be completed by 2023.
