Menin Development has secured a $29.8 million construction loan for its planned mixed-use building near downtown Delray Beach.

The developer will use the money to build a 120,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use project that will include a 30,000-sq.-ft. food hall, reports The Real Deal.

Dubbed Delray City Market, the building will be built south of Atlantic Ave. at 33 Southeast Third Ave. The four-story building will also feature a 3,000-sq.-ft. rooftop garden and a three-story, 200-space garage.

The project would have 30 vendors with each spanning about 400 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space. The developer also plans to include a brewery on the mezzanine level with an indoor/outdoor beer garden.
