In North Miami Beach, the Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences project secured a $98 million construction loan from HSBC Bank USA, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The project will have 468 units in two 25-story towers. It will also include a marina with 112 boat slips.
The development team is a partnership between The Plaza Group and the DevStar Group. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
