The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & MDG Development Partners LLC is requesting sealed bids to acquire the services from a licensed General Contractor to oversee and carry out the scope of work to renovate and revitalize the existing public housing units and sites at the D. Hamilton Jackson Terrace & Alphonso “Piggy” Gerard Complex located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.

Issue Invitation for Bid January 25, 2022
Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection February 8, 2022 at 9:00 am AST.
Questions Due: March 8, 2022 at 10:00 am AST.
Bids Due/Opening: April 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm AST.
The Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection will take place on February 8th, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. AST. All attendees must meet at the Property Management Office, located on site. All attendees must register with prior to Pre-Bid ConferenceSite Inspection.
In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, social distancing and the wearing of face covering will be observed at the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection.
