Roger B. Kennedy Construction has broken ground for The Avenue on Oakland apartment community in Oakland.
The company is building the 342-unit complex under a $47 million contract with UNICORP National Developments.
Located at 17210 Oakland Ave. (SR 438), west of Orlando, the project will include four four-story apartment buildings, carriage buildings, a clubhouse, pool and other amenities.
Designed by Slocum Platts Architects, the 16-acre project is set to complete in December 2021.
