Oko Group has broken ground on a 47-story project in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.
Called Una Residences, the 135-unit condo project will be built on a 1-acre site at 175 S.E. 25th Rd.
Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, Una will offer condo residences with floor-to-ceiling glass, terraces, and an array of amenities, including pools, a fitness center, a spa, yoga studio and a marina.
Una Residences is set to finish construction by early 2023.
