Ground breaking for The ZahaHadid designed One Thousand Museum was held in Miami last Dec. 5, 2014.

Currently under its pre-construction stage, the tower is expected to be completed by year 2017. The 36,200 sq. ft., 62-story residential tower will soon rise overlooking Miami’s Museum Park with an astonishing view of Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean, South Florida Business Journal reports.

An innovative space age design rendered by the Pritzer Prize winner architect ZahaHadid, this new condo tower will be developed by Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman. The One Thousand Museum is ZahaHadid’s first residential condo tower in Miami, Florida.

One Thousand Museum will have 83 units, sizes ranging from 5,400 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft. Project amenities include safe deposit boxes, aquatic center, spa, steam room, fitness center, valet parking, helipad, sky lounge, and 24/7 on site security.
