Developers of a planned luxury condominium in downtown Boca Raton have secured $9 million in financing to begin early construction work.

The project, called Glass House Boca Raton, is being developed at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road. The loan, provided by Maxim Capital and arranged by Arrow Real Estate Advisors, will fund excavation and the construction of an underground parking garage. Vertical construction is expected to begin by the end of summer 2025.

The nine-story building will include 28 residential units and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.

“This financing allows us to stay on track as we move into the next phase of construction,” said Noam Ziv, a partner in the development group.

Arrow Real Estate Advisors brokered the deal with a team led by founder Morris Betesh, along with Morris Dabbah and Louis Halperin.

Plans for the project include rooftop and ground-level amenities and units ranging from two to four bedrooms. The site is located within walking distance of the beach and downtown shops.

The project team includes West Palm Beach-based architecture firm Garciastromberg and general contractor Kaufman Lynn Construction.
