Foresight Construction Group is ready to start construction on the first building at Lane Industrial Park in West Jacksonville.
The city issued a permit to build the 161,355-sq.-ft. Building 100 at 2282 Lane Ave. N. The project will cost at $9.16 million, reports JaxDailyRecord.com.
The warehouse building will offer office space.
