Firmo Construction will build a new Hampton Inn by Hilton in Fort Myers in a partnership with HOS Management.
The four-story Hampton Inn will be located on downtown Fort Myers’ traffic artery Cleveland Ave. It will feature 118 rooms, an outdoor pool and patio area, a flexible boardroom for use, and a fitness center available for guests.
To be built on a two-acre lot, the 65,000 sq. ft. building will be an infill lot development that will take about one year to complete before it opens to guests.
Firmo and HOS Management will work alongside, architecture and engineering team Base4, and civil engineering team Morris Depew to complete the project.
Construction will begin this month after a virtual groundbreaking ceremony on Oct. 15 at 9 am.
