Central Florida real estate developer Feltrim Group says it has reached significant milestones with two of its residential real estate developments, Tarpon Bay in Haines City, and Feltrim Reserve in Davenport.

Feltrim says it recently sold all 361 lots at Tarpon Bay to national home builder D.R. Horton for a single family home development. Feltrim will develop the roads, infrastructure and amenities, including a clubhouse with pool, a playground, pond features with walkways, and the main entrance. Tarpon Bay, which broke ground in November 2018, will be completed in three phases, with the phase one infrastructure expected to be finished by the third quarter of 2019.

The developer also recently broke ground on Feltrim Reserve, a residential community in Davenport and agreed to sell the 117 lots to D.R. Horton, which will construct three- and four-bedroom townhomes. Feltrim will develop the community’s roads, infrastructure and shared amenities. The infrastructure is expected to be completed by June 2019.

The Feltrim Group was established in Florida in 1997 and says in a statement it has built and sold more than $800 million worth of property in Florida over the last 20 years, including Tuscany Preserve by Feltrim at Lake Marion, Tuscana Resort, The Fountains at Championsgate, and Balmoral Resort, a vacation home resort in Haines City.

Feltrim is owned and managed by Gary Kenn, founded in the Orlando area in 1996 by the Irish entrepreneur to build and manage homes for international buyers and investors, the statement said.
