PREMIER Design +Build Group, LLC says Ed Lebak has been promoted to vice-president of field operations in the company’s southeast division. Lebak has demonstrated resourceful problem-solving abilities and a priority on clients since his first days with PREMIER, a company spokesperson said in a news release.
“Beginning in PREMIER’s Chicago office in 2013 as superintendent, Lebak quickly demonstrated the aptitude to manage job sites, subcontractors and vendors on multiple large-scale projects,” the PREMIER spokesperson said.
Lebak’s projects in the Midwest included a 150,000 sq. ft. industrial build-to-suit in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket and a 17,000 sq. ft. commercial office build-out for PREMIER’s new corporate headquarters.
With the company opening a Southeast office later in 2013, Lebak relocated to Miami with the role of general superintendent, Southeast Division, overseeing all projects and superintendents in the division. He managed several high-profile projects in the area and has become a respected mainstay of the company’s division.
“It has been a privilege to have helped PREMIER build its southeast division, and I am excited for the next step,” Lebak said. “I am committed to the company’s long-term growth strategy and I look forward to helping them succeed in the years to come.”
PREMIER executive vice-president Brian Paul expressed his enthusiasm for Lebak’s continued growth with the company, saying: “Ed places the highest value on our commitment to clients and goes above and beyond on each of our projects. He exemplifies the company’s core values of integrity, teamwork and accountability and we are extremely proud to see him embrace this new role. We expect more great things from him as we continue to help our clients flourish.”
