Eagle LNG Partners has received approval from the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for siting and constructing its proposed on-water LNG export facility in Jacksonville.

The LNG export facility and terminal will have a production capacity of approximately 1.65 million LNG-gallons per day with 12 million LNG-gallons of storage plus marine- and truck-loading capabilities located on-site.

The LNG export plant will have a construction cost of roughly $500 million.

The company did not disclose any construction timeline.
