USAA Real Estate and Seefried Industrial Properties have partnered to develop I-4 Logistics Park in Deltona, about 10 miles north of the Orlando beltway. The campus will provide 1.8 million sq. ft. feet of Class-A industrial space, ConnectCRE reports.
There will be four buildings in the development, built in two phases. The first building with 984,960 sq. ft. is expected to be completed in January 2023. The remaining three buildings will be built during the second phase, ranging from 112,860 sq. ft. to 519,200 sq. ft.
The larger buildings will include 40’ clear height, on-site trailer queuing, car and trailer parking, and multi-tenant capability.
