The Estate Cos. has secured a $76 million construction loan for Soleste NoMi Beach.
The Miami-area community is expected to break ground this quarter and will offer 367 units in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
The 23-story building will be constructed at 16395 Biscayne Blvd. The 85,957-sq.-ft. development will feature 2,708 sq. ft. of commercial space.
Situated in North Miami Beach, Soleste NoMi Beach will be a short drive from two Miami area shopping centers, Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops.
