Construction starts this month on a 241,071 sq. ft. senior living community in Naples.
Local contractor DeAngelis Diamond is building the four-story structure for Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Grand Living Management.
Grand Living and Ryan Architecture + Engineering designed the 206 unit building, including 166 independent and assisted living units and 40 memory care units. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.

Ryan Companies says it has completed 56 senior living communities across the country and has delivered more than 500 units in Florida. This project will be the 12th project in partnership with Grand Living Management and the fifth in the state.
