Cymbal Development is ready to start working on a mixed-use property in Dania Beach.
The firm has secured a $60.3 million construction loan for Oasis Pointe, a ground-up development.
The eight-story building will be built at 150 S. Bryan Rd. It will be a Class A waterfront rental community with 301 units, structured parking and 19-slip boat club.
The waterfront multifamily development will use an old 2.4-acre industrial property at the northeast corner of Stirling Rd. and S. Bryan Rd. It will feature meditation and butterfly gardens.
