Culver’s has received a building permit for its first Jacksonville restaurant.
Construction of the restaurant will cost $1.45 million. It will be built at 7923 Parramore Rd. near Interstate 295 and Collins Rd. on the city’s Westside, The Florida Times-Union reports, citing a city of Jacksonville building permit.
The single story restaurant will have a drive-thru and outdoor patio. It will encompass 3,546-sq. ft., and accommodate about 187 people, according to the permit.
Culver’s has more than 700 restaurants in 25 states nationwide, including more than 50 in Florida.
