Crosland Southeast is set to break ground on The Hudson, a 320-unit apartment community on 17.4 acres just north of Orlando’s MetroWest neighborhood.
Located just southwest of the intersection of Old Winter Garden Rd. and South Kirkman Rd., The Hudson will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 707 sq. ft. to 1,249 sq. ft.
The development team also includes architect Group 4 Design, landscape architect and civil engineer LandDesign and general contractor Summit Contracting.
Amenities will include a traditional gym with equipment and stations for yoga and spinning, but will also feature outdoor fitness options, including an outdoor circuit training zone and a quarter-mile lakeside walking and jogging loop. Residents will also have access to a resort-style pool with grilling area, sport court, several landscaped gathering areas and a dog park.
The wellness-lifestyle-centric project is set to complete in late 2022.
