The developers did not disclose the exact date to begin the construction but they confirmed that it will be a matter of weeks, according to GlobeSt.com.
The tower is part of Miami’s largest luxury development called Miami World Center. Once complete, the 27-acre site will feature residential, hotel, and retail components in Miami’s Urban Core. Amenities at the tower will consist of more than 45,000 sq. ft. of space that will feature a wellness center with treatment rooms and sauna, sundry shop, speak easy, dog salon, fitness club with classroom, resort-style pool and comfortable ride share lobby.
The Miami Worldcenter project will offer 300,000 sq. ft. of high-street retail, dining and entertainment, more than 2,000 hotel rooms and up to 500,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space.
