Zom Living and Moinian Group plan to soon start construction on the 44-story Luma at Miami Worldcenter apartment tower at the Miami World Center development in downtown Miami.

The developers did not disclose the exact date to begin the construction but they confirmed that it will be a matter of weeks, according to GlobeSt.com.

The tower is part of Miami’s largest luxury development called Miami World Center. Once complete, the 27-acre site will feature residential, hotel, and retail components in Miami’s Urban Core. The 434-unit tower will be built adjacent to the Freedom Tower Metromover stop and two blocks east of Brightline/Virgin Train’s Downtown Miami station.

Amenities at the tower will consist of more than 45,000 sq. ft. of space that will feature a wellness center with treatment rooms and sauna, sundry shop, speak easy, dog salon, fitness club with classroom, resort-style pool and comfortable ride share lobby.

The Miami Worldcenter project will offer 300,000 sq. ft. of high-street retail, dining and entertainment, more than 2,000 hotel rooms and up to 500,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space.
