Kolter Group held a March 29 ground breaking event for 100 Las Olas, a mixed-use tower to become the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale when it is completed in fall, 2019.
The project will also have 8,500 sq. ft. of restaurants and retail on the ground floor, plus separate pool decks for the condo residents and hotel guests, South Florida Business Journal reports.
Kast Construction is the general contractor. Pinar Harris and Stefano Falbo of SB Architects designed the building, which will have 46 stories and be 499 ft. tall, with 121 condos and 238 hotel rooms.
