Choate Construction and Starling Senior Living LLC are building The Crossings at Riverview, a 92-unit senior living facility, including memory care units, in Riverview, Fla., reports BusinessInSavannah.
The new 73,000-square-foot, $9 million facility, designed by PQH Group, will feature amenities such as a full service spa, fitness room, multipurpose and theater room, game rooms and parlor areas as well as administration offices and nursing stations.
The project is expected to complete in December 2014.
