Construction underway at the $35 million Gables Gate Tower in West Miami, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The project by The Estate Cos. and Mattoni Group will feature 206 apartments in a seven-story and a four-story tower. The units will range from 750 to 1,250 sq, ft.
The project, located on a 2.1-acre site, will include a pool, a fitness center and a club room.
The project would be completed by spring 2015.
