LandSouth Construction is building a $4 million apartment community on Jacksonville’s West side.
The community, Village on Wiley, will have 43 apartments and a clubhouse in 12 buildings on 4.3 acres, reports Jacksonville Business Journal.
LandSouthis developing this community for Ability Housing of Northeast Florida Inc. Construction is expected to complete in summer of 2015.
The architect is PQH Architects Inc. of Jacksonville.
