CanAm Enterprises has invested in a Hialeah warehouse project.
The EB-5 investment firm invested $50 million into the Countyline Corporate Park project in August. The money will fund construction of 1.2 million sq. ft. of warehouse space, reports the Miami Herald.
Flagler Global Logistics is developing the 8.4 million-sq.-ft. industrial park running from Northwest 154th to 170th streets and Northwest 97th to 107th avenues in Hialeah.
CanAm is expected to invest another $125 million before the summer 2021.
