High-end retailer Baer’s is ready to begin construction on a new store in Jacksonville.

The company’s $7.6 million project has received permits for the development and the new location is expected to be opened later in 2020, FurnitureToday reports citing the retailer’s CEO Jerry Baer.

The two-story, 84,000-plus-sq.-ft. store will be located at 7760 Gate Parkway in South Jacksonville.
