Howard Burke promoted to Southwest Service Superintendent
Howard Burke has been promoted to Service Superintendent in the Southwest Florida region, based out of the contractor’s Service Department at 5851 Country Lakes Dr. in Fort Myers.
Burke joined the B&I team of professionals in December 2011. His experience quickly showed he had a talent for handling high-profile service accounts. Howard was named the lead technician at Scanlon Lexus and Acura, Florida Cancer Specialist, McGregor Baptist Church, and Southwest Florida Christian Academy. Burke proudly uses his years of experience to train and tutor apprentices and younger technicians in the field of HVAC Services. Burke is an integral employee-owner of B&I Contractors. “We look forward to the continued growth of the service department under his leadership,” the company says in a statement.
David Moorhead promoted as BIM/VDC Department Manager
David Moorhead has been promoted to become B&I Contractors’ BIM/VDC Department Manager.
Moorhead earned his Sheet Metal Journeyman’s License in Miami, Florida before joining the B&I team of professionals in 2013. Moorhead has steadily progressed his career within our BIM/VDC Team.

Patrick Saulnier promoted to become B&I’s Accounting Manager
Saulnier relocated from Massachusetts in May of 2020 and joined the B&I team that July. Saulnier is a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. His experience in not-for-profits, real estate, and construction serves him well as part of the B&I accounting team. He actively works on streamlining processes and procedures Saulnier has shown considerable leadership and dedication in his short time with B&I.
