ANF Group, Inc. says it has topped out construction of Madison Point apartments, a garden-style mixed-use development community in Naranja.

The multi-family and mixed-use development of four 4-story buildings includes 263 residential apartment units and 14,355 sq. ft. of commercial space, at both market and affordable rates.. Amenities will include a pool, community center, playground, fitness center, library, media center, and approximately 200 parking spaces.

“We are thrilled that we have reached a significant construction milestone in topping out on this project,” ANF president Al Fernandez said in an April 29 statement.  “Our team has worked steadily to reach this landmark and we look forward to delivering this mixed-use development in the Naranja area.”

Developed by JQ Group, the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.  It is one of eight apartment communities under construction by ANF Group in the South Florida area
