Amazon has unveiled plans to open a new fulfillment center in Jacksonville.
The additional fulfillment warehouse is expected to launch in fall of 2021 and will create more than 500 new full-time jobs, according to the company.
The more than 1 million-sq.-ft. center will pick, pack and ship small items, including apparel, accessories and footwear.
The ecommerce giant did not include a location. The company already operates four warehouses in Jacksonville.
