Ajax Building Corp. is serving as construction manager of a $6 million student amenity project at the University of North Florida, reports Jacksonville Business Journal.
The two-story, 15,000-square-foot project includes a clubhouse — with space for a game lounge, a laundry, a kitchen, an office and multipurpose media rooms — and a pool facility.
The project is expected to be completed in March next year.
