A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of pre-engineered building components headquartered in Ft. Pierce, says Michael H. “Mike” Wagner has been named as the company’s director of Information Technology.
In a statement, the company says Wagner (reporting to president Jan S. Beck) “will spearhead A-1’s IT initiatives, focusing on strengthening infrastructure, cloud management, and cybersecurity.”
“Mike steps into the role following incumbent Peter Kransberger’s transition to Integrated Performance Solutions, LLC (IPS), where he will lead efforts to transform the construction industry through innovative software solutions and advanced automation,” the news release says.
With over three decades of experience in IT and a specialization in infrastructure and data architecture solutions, Wagner’s career includes CIO roles and extensive work within the healthcare and technology sectors. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor, he has successfully led numerous technology transformations and managed IT due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
Wagner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
“Mike’s extensive experience and expertise in IT leadership make him a fantastic addition to A-1,” Beck said in the statement. “We’re confident his leadership will continue to elevate our technology capabilities and drive innovation across A-1.”
“I’m looking forward to getting back to Florida and joining such an amazing company with such a visionary leadership team. I’m excited to leverage my skills and experience in service towards A-1’s vision of being a ‘100-Year Company’,” Wagner said.
