The Sinai Residences of Boca Raton plans to break ground for its $250 million project with the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County on Jan. 28, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The 237-unit senior life care community is slated to open in 2015. It is being built on the north side of the Jewish Federation campus in Boca Raton, according to the newspaper.
“Upon completion, Sinai Residences of Boca Raton will be the centerpiece of our campus,” Federation CCRC Development President Wesley Finch, also the vice chair of the Jewish Federation, said in a news release. “Ultimately, it’s about creating an environment that will attract the active, future residents who will become a part of our vibrant community.”
