A 649 ft. tall Miami waterfront condo structure has topped off at 57 stories.

The structure at 777 NE 26th Terrace is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International, and will have 249 units when it is completed later this year. Asymptote Architecture‘s Hani Rashid designed the building. The developers claim they have achieved more than $110 million in sales.

Civic Construction is the construction manager and Desimone is the structural engineer, Florida YIMBY has reported.

The tower, named Missoni Baia, is being developed by a partnership between OKO Group, helmed by Vladislav Doronin, and Cain, a privately held investment firm with approximately $6.7 billion in real estate equity, debt and leisure business investments led by Jonathan Goldstein, a statement says.

“Miami has garnered much attention in the last year and is arguably one of the most dynamic cities in the United States, possibly the world at the moment,” Goldstein said.
