Blackhawk Properties & Investments has obtained a $32.5 million construction loan for new office building in Fort Lauderdale.
Dubbed the 550 Building, the property is located at 550 South Andrews Ave. in downtown Fort Lauderdale’s South of Las Olas district.
The development includes a seven-story building featuring a 99,466 sq. ft. of office and retail space and adjoining parking garage containing approximately 664 parking spaces situated on approximately 1.5 acres of land area.
The building will also have 14,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail and restaurant space. Planned completion of the development is scheduled in the spring of 2019.
