Williams Company Southeast announced that it completed a $2 million, 52,000-square foot office renovation in Lake Mary, near Orlando, for Condor Capital Corp., an automobile finance company.
The scope of work included interior demolition, upgraded finishes for 47,000 square feet of office space and a 5,000 square foot atrium, plus mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements.
Williams Co., established in 1920, specializes in commercial, retail, industrial and educational projects.
