WaterWalk is seeking a construction permit for two four-story corporate hotel buildings in Jacksonville.

The development is proposed on almost more than six acres at 8833 Perimeter Park Blvd. The project will cost $13 million, reports The Jax Daily Record.

The development includes a 75-unit, 62,271-sq.-ft. building which will cost $6.55 million and a 78-unit, 62,122-sq.-ft. hotel estimated to cost around $6.39 million.

Kimley-Horn and Associates is the civil engineer. No construction dates have been announced yet.
