Strategic Property Partners could begin construction of one of two office towers planned at Water Street Tampa sometime in 2019, the Tampa Bay Times reports, citing development executive James Nozar.

The 19-story mixed-use building, at 400 Channelside Dr., will offer approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of office space.

The building will include a fourth-floor, 30,000-sq.-ft. “sky garden” with space for outdoor meetings, informal gatherings, events, fitness activities and work breaks. It will also be connected to other amenities including a conference center and a catering kitchen. Gensler is designing the structure.
