Verdex Construction says it has started building Centrepark Apartments at 1500 Centrepark Blvd. in West Palm Beach.

The project is being built for Atlanta-based developer Atlantic Residential on a 2.48 acre site.

Designed by MSA Architects, Centrepark Apartments consists of a seven-story building with 246 one, two and three bedroom apartments and a 402 space parking garage. Total development size for the project is 406,572 sq. ft. Completion is expected in Summer/Fall 2020.
