Billionaire Turkish developer Bekir Okan plans to build a $300-million building, Okan Tower, in downtown Miami.

The project consists of a 70 story tower with 236 condo-hotel units starting on the 36th floor, 149 condominium residences, plus four penthouses starting on the 51st floor, 294-key hotel units by Hilton Hotels and Resorts, and 64,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space.

Amenities at the tower will include a sky pool on the 70th floor, a health and fitness center, an outdoor lounge, a kids’ playroom, a gourmet kitchen, a movie-theater, a wine cellar and a cigar room.

The tower is designed by Behar Font & Partners.
