TotalBank has provided a $7.3 million mortgage for construction of the iMater Academy middle and high school in Hialeah, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The bank provided the loan to Hialeah School Development in June to build the charter school at 651 West 20th Street. It acquired the 2.2-acre site for $2.3 million in October.
The school will open in the fall.
