The Related Group has announced a master-planned mixed-use development, CityPlace Doral, in the heart of Miami-Dade County.

The expansive retail and residential development  will feature 600,000 sq. ft. of retail space as well as more than 1,000 new luxury residences.

CityPlace Doral combines the vision of world-renowned architects, designers and artists to create the next crown jewel of prosperous living, dining, entertainment and upscale shopping in one of South Florida’s fastest growing cities, The Related Group said in a statement.

CityPlace Doral’s entertainment retail component, designed by the global architecture firm Arquitectonica, will be anchored by a growing roster of first-class national and local tenants. The retail units are already over 50 per cent pre-leased and will house more than 30 dining, shopping and entertainment venues for all palettes and walks of life.

The residential component of the project will include Oasis Park Square, a single-family community made up of 150 million dollar plus luxury homes with the first move-ins set for February.
