Terra has unveiled plans to redevelop Central Shopping Plaza into a 38-acre mixed-use project in Miami-Dade County.
The project called CentroCity will include up to 1,200 market-rate residential apartments, an office building, green spaces, and an L-shaped shopping center with 300,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space anchored by a 77,000-sq.-ft. Target store.
CentroCity will be developed in multiple phases, beginning with the redevelopment of the L-shaped shopping center.
Construction is expected to begin this summer.
