When complete, 2151 Central Ave. will offer retail, restaurant, office and outdoor space

The Southeast office of general contractor Summit Design + Build, recently started the adaptive reuse of an existing two-story commercial building at 2151 Central Ave. in downtown St. Petersburg.

The 6,900 sq. ft. building near the corner of Central Avenue and 22nd Street, currently sits vacant, prompting owners, The Anderson Group, to move forward with the renovations. Following selective demolition of the interior, Summit will complete the build-out of a warm shell for future first floor retail or restaurant tenants and second floor office tenants.
