Stevens Construction broke ground on Executive Medical Center, a 27,773-sq.-ft. healthcare facility in Naples.

Located at 4513 Executive Drive, the first floor will include medical offices, exam rooms and a new state-of-the-art MRI. The second floor will be a completely built-out medical office space available for full-time or part-time.

The third floor will be an AHCA-licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center which will include two operating rooms and two procedure rooms, pre-operating and recovery for outpatient services.

The site will be expanded to accommodate the increased square footage for staff and patients along with all required site amenities, including a covered porte cochere, atrium cafe and an emergency generator for the surgery center.

A timeline for completion was not disclosed.
