Seagate to design and build Vantage Logistics office complex in Fort Myers

Seagate Development Group is in the design phase of a 4,000-sq. ft. office facility for Vantage Logistics – a full-service partner of transportation logistics – set to break ground at Alico ITEC Park in the first quarter of 2023.

This single-story building will be built on approximately one acre of the Fort Myers-based business park.

Vantage Logistics’ first facility in Fort Myers will encompass exterior masonry, stucco construction and a sloped entry feature as well as incorporate a conference and break room, an open office area and private offices.

“The parcel works great for our client, as it is close to everything and in a location that meets their growing business needs,” said Matt Price, CEO and partner of Seagate Development Group. “The client was drawn to our developer-focused design-build strategy as well as our award-winning experience with transportation logistics facilities, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity.”

Slated to be complete within five months of breaking ground, Vantage Logistics is being designed by PDS Architecture, Inc. and engineered by Quattrone & Associates, Energy Concepts of Southwest Florida, and Select Structural.

Seagate is currently building residences in Esplanade Lake Club, Quail West, Talis Park, Hill Tide Estates in Boca Grande and other communities throughout Southwest Florida.
