ROVR Development says that it has broken ground on Fairchild Coconut Grove in Coconut Grove.

The development, at 3581 E. Glencoe St., includes 26 condos, ranging from 1,714 to 4,114 square feet. They are priced from $1.6 to $4.6 million.

“Residents will enjoy the ultimate in distinctive amenities designed by renowned designer, Rafael de Cardenas, such as a holistic wellness spa with Hammam, steam room and sauna; high-tech training gym; rooftop pool with private cabanas; and exceptional lobby with full-time concierge, 24-hour security and valet,” ROVR said in a statement.

The building is designed by architect Max Strang, while Ortega Construction is serving as the general contractor.
