Altamonte Springs-based construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. broke ground June 22 for the upscale Murano at Grande Lakes apartments under its $21.8 million contract with JY-TV Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Courtelis Company in partnership with the Kislak Organization and HMG/Courtland Properties

 Located at 9938 Grande Lakes Blvd. near the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes and JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, the four-story, 240-unit project was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design.  Construction is slated for completion in August 2016.  

Kennedy also broke ground in June for Haley Park Apartments, an $8.7 million senior housing facility in Tampa developed by NVC Haley Park, Ltd., Altamonte Springs. Slated for completion in May 2016, the three-story, 80-unit Haley Park community will be operated by Wendover Housing Partners, LLC, Altamonte Springs.
